Unfortunately they cannot be made by the animal’s body and must be supplemented or contained in the pet’s diet. The great news is that EPA and DHA are found in abundance in marine life like tuna, salmon, and algae. They have long been said to be vital for humans, and also play a crucial role in enhancing the health of our furry companions.
