My dog will not eat this dog food.

My dog loved this food when I originally bought it. The recipe changed, and the food is not a different color and texture. It used to be pink, now it's more of a beige color, and the texture is not as soft. My dog won't eat it anymore. Also, I had a subscription, and have cancelled it, but CONTINE to get cases of this dog food, and CHARGED over $75 each time. I've emailed and called your office for help, and was told they will get back to me. Ugh. frustrated.
